Your logo on the widget, invoices, and sign-in emails

Upload your logo for the widget and invoices, and send widget sign-in codes as your shop. On Service Bureaus, send customer emails from your own domain.

A customer orders from your shop, then gets a sign-in code from a company they've never heard of. Some of them think it's spam. Now the emails look like they came from you.

What changed

  • Company logo: upload it and it shows at the top of your widget and on invoices, with light and dark previews. PNG or JPG up to 2 MB. (The logo card didn't show uploaded logos before. Sorry about that.)
  • Sign-in codes and password resets from the widget now carry your shop's name and logo, in your shop's language, on every plan.
  • Your own sending domain (Service Bureaus): customer emails and widget sign-in codes go out from your domain. If the DNS ever breaks, emails fall back to our address and you get an alert, so nothing goes missing.

How to set it up

  1. Logo: open Settings, then Appearance, and upload under Company Logo.
  2. Domain: open Settings, then Business Settings, then the Notifications tab, and find Sending Domain.
  3. Add the DNS records it shows at your domain host, then hit Check DNS.
