AutoQuote3D privacy notice

We process account and business-profile information such as names, email addresses, company details, roles, authentication records, and subscription status. When a Business uses AutoQuote3D, the service also processes customer contact information, uploaded manufacturing models, Part settings, Quotes, paid Orders, shipping and billing details, production status, communications, and other records supplied through the Business or its Widget.

We collect service and security data such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages and features used, API and MCP request logs, error details, and identifiers needed to detect abuse and maintain sessions. Payment providers process payment-card details under their own privacy terms; AutoQuote3D receives transaction identifiers and status needed to manage checkout and subscriptions.

We use information to provide quoting, checkout, Order management, production workflows, analytics, support, authentication, API and MCP access, billing, fraud prevention, reliability, and product improvement. A Business determines why it collects customer and model data through its Widget; GETT3D generally processes that information to provide the service to that Business.

We may use vendors for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and customer support. They receive only the information needed to perform their role and are subject to contractual or legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve paid Order and commercial records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and Business configuration. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

AutoQuote3D and its vendors may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. We use available contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and processing.

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or an explanation of how personal information is used. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when they must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or paid Order history purposes. Contact legal@autoquote3d.com with the relevant Business name and jurisdiction. We may verify identity and may direct a Widget customer to the Business that controls the customer relationship.
